Welcome, Kennedy K.!

Kennedy is a senior in college, originally from Dell Rapids. About four years ago, she discovered hot sculpt classes and instantly fell in love, continuing her practice ever since! She has been an instructor since April 2024, and fitness and wellness have become her greatest passions. She values the sense of community that forms in her classes and enjoys witnessing the growth, strength, and confidence of those around her. 💪🏻

You'll find Kennedy on the schedule every Tuesday night at 7pm 🔥

Just 8 years ago, we scrambled to remodel the space that is now Sól Vibe ... in just 7 days!

Today, we're filled with gratitude for all of you! 🩷 You show up, even when it's hard. You inspire us more than you know. Thank YOU for giving us your time, energy, and spirit for the last 8 years!

Today, we're celebrating:

👉🏻sharing a community of positive, kind, and inspiring humans,
👉🏻working through a pandemic (online classes and bike delivery!),
👉🏻cleaning up after an indoor flood,
👉🏻hosting multiple teacher trainings,
👉🏻the BEST instructors!,
👉🏻yelling "wohoo!!", "happy day!!" and "you got this!!" too many times to count,
👉🏻sharing early mornings & after work energy,
👉🏻11,000+ classes taught (and equal mops! 🧼)
