Have you over done it this last week? We feel ya! ππ₯±
Between travel, wrapping gifts, shopping and long day on your feet with less rest than normal, it's common to feel stiff and sore.
If your body is talking to you this week, here is a nice reminder to help you feel a little better!
πTake advantage of the warmer weather and take a short walk or do light
movement to loosen things up.
πUse heat or a warm shower to help relax tight muscles.
πDrink plenty of water and prioritize rest.
πChange positions often and avoid staying seated too long.
πEase back into your normal routine and avoid jumping all in.
