When standing for long periods, keep your feet about shoulder-width apart. This simple adjustment helps create a more stable base, reduces strain on your lower back, and keeps your spine better aligned.
Bonus tip: Try shifting your weight SLIGHTLY from one foot to the other every few minutes to avoid stiffness! Don’t pop that hip off to one side…I’m looking at you ladies. 👀
