We are hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinic team in Rapid City!
💲 Starting at $19.65/hour (based on experience)
📅 Monday–Friday (clinic-based schedule)
This role is a great fit if you’re exploring or advancing a career in psychology, BCBA/ABA, nursing, special education, occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, or related fields. You’ll gain meaningful, hands-on experience while making a lasting impact in the lives of children.
What You’ll Do
• Support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through one-on-one care
• Carry out behavior plans developed by a BCBA
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Help reduce challenging behaviors in clinic and home environments
• Partner with families and an interdisciplinary care team
