🌟 We’re Hiring: Toddler Classroom Lead Teacher! 🌟

Impact Kidz Academy is looking for an energetic, nurturing, dependable Lead Teacher for our 2-year-old classroom!

Two-year-olds are busy learning, growing, communicating, exploring, and building independence every single day. We’re looking for someone who truly enjoys this age, can lead with patience and structure, and wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children.

✨ Position Details:
• Toddler Classroom Lead Teacher — 2-Year-Old Room
• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday
• 7:15 AM–4:15 PM with a 1-hour lunch
• Pay: $15–$20/hour, depending on education and experience
• CDA credential opportunity available at no cost for eligible Impact staff

The right person for this role will be playful, patient, organized, reliable, and ready to lead a classroom where toddlers feel safe, loved, supported, and excited to learn.

Our infant room is such a special place — it’s where babies are loved, comforted, supported, and guided through some of their very first milestones. We’re looking for someone who understands that infant care is more than feeding and diapering. It’s about building trust, creating safety, supporting development, and giving our littlest learners the consistent care they deserve.

✨ Position Details:
• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday
• 8:30 AM–5:30 PM with a 1-hour lunch
• Pay: $15–$20/hour, depending on education and experience
• Prior nursery/infant classroom experience in childcare required

At Impact Kidz Academy, we’re creating real opportunities for students to step into the world of early childhood education. This is a great fit for teens who are responsible, caring, and interested in a future in teaching—or just looking for a meaningful first job!

We offer after-school hours during the school year and up to 40 hours per week during school breaks, all in a supportive environment where they can learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience.

We had such a great day yesterday at the YFS Kids Fair and we’re really looking forward to being back again today. If you’re out and about, come spend some time with our team. We have a few simple, fun options for kids to jump into, including an inchworm craft, our giant tower stack, and the always popular water table. We’ll be there from 12–4PM and would love to see you there.
