Had the honor of spending Wednesday with the freshmen at Central High School to talk all things nutrition before they dive into the unit in biology class🌱💪

Helping the next generation understand how proper fueling impacts energy, focus, recovery, and overall health is what it’s all about. Proud to represent Nutrishop and empower students to make choices that support their goals, both inside and outside the classroom!
