Each cleaning company will have its own policies regarding pet guidelines, but if you are unsure, a good rule of thumb is to secure your pets before the cleaning. This can be either in a crate, a different room (and relocating them as the cleaner progresses), or outside, given you have a designated area for them.

Not all pets mind having someone new in the house, but they can still disrupt the cleaning or get in the way of the cleaner.

If you have a dog, it is also recommended that you take them on a walk before the cleaner arrives at your home. 🐾
