Helping children cope during the pandemic. I recommend reading the article below.

If your child is really struggling with depression, anxiety, fear,loneliness or even technology overload take time to talk to them, do something “off screen” together and help them connect to people and family.

Share some ideas you have had to strengthen your relationship with family and activities that have been helpful and fun.

Bread baking has been therapeutic for me, and was a good activity with my kids when they were younger and living at home.

Board games, card games and guessing games

Put on some music and just dance like no one is watching.
