Improving your mental health can take time and effort, but it is worth it. This Mental Health Awareness Month, get some exercise and sunshine, eat nutritious foods, and practice self-care. Sometimes we have a bad day, and that's okay. Just pick yourself up and start again.
Mejorar su salud mental puede requerir tiempo y esfuerzo, pero vale la pena. Haga algo de ejercicio, tome sol, coma alimentos nutritivos y cuídese. A veces, tenemos un mal día y eso no es un problema. Simplemente levántese y comience de nuevo.
