Mom life is full. It’s the most rewarding and demanding job I’ve ever had. Homeschooling adds another layer I never knew I needed. In the midst of it all- I don’t aim for fancy—I aim for nourishing - in our foods and our relationships 🍞🤗

Farm to table means fewer ingredients, fewer surprises, and food I trust when little hands grab more than one slice 🥰🙌🏻

I believe food is our first line of care.

Long before prescriptions, we nourish—fiber for gut health, slow ferments for digestion, simple ingredients for steady energy.

This is why I choose farm to table. Growing our own food. Knowing what we put in our body. Not perfect. Just intentional. Something I was taught and I am passing on.

Let the growing season begin!!!!!!
