Savoring these Sundays before market season hits 🥰☺️💛

Homemade yogurt, sourdough granola, and wildflower honey….topped with store bought berries til berry season 😂🤷🏼‍♀️🥳 and the cutest 2 of 4 kiddos ever helping get some supplies from 💛

I absolutely love market season, but motherhood always comes first. What a blessing to be able to share one of my many passions of healthy and nutritious food with our community and teach my kids the importance of balance.

My Joureny of Emperfection

Perfection.

I have always been told perfection is unattainable. The slogan “don’t strive for perfection-strive for progress” rings loud and rolls off my tongue quickly, but I don’t believe it. I think there’s more to it.

Perfection is something that has been the highlight and driver of many of my life’s biggest decisions and choices. From elementary school track, to high school cheerleading, college grades, being diagnosed with cancer, meeting my husband on an airplane, becoming a pharmacist and moving to California to pursue residency, and unexpectedly becoming a NICU mom. My emperfections are something I have tried to hide for so long and I AM TIRED.
