Also a reminder to those who don't understand how my schedule works.
I'm booked all day, most days. I don't take breaks or lunch so it's seldom I have time to answer phone calls.
I will return voicemail and messages every evening after work, you do not need to keep calling.
I appreciate those of you who give me at least 24hrs to rebook after a cancellation. Late cancellations are as bad as no shows because I have no time to book it. No-show fees are still the same because of this also.
Thank you as always to my regular clients for being patient with my "rules" and consistent with your massages. 😊
