Join licensed mental health therapist Taylor Berrick for an interactive, all-levels wellness event designed for anyone navigating burnout, overwhelm, or a sense of disconnection from their body.

This 90 minute experiential workshop blends gentle somatic movement, breathwork, vagus nerve and bilateral stimulation exercises, and an accessible mind-body connection discussion. You’ll also take part in a binaural beats and bilateral stimulation sound session with wireless headphones, closing with a calming sound bath led by sound therapy practitioner Elijah Morin.

Mindfulness isn’t about having a totally quiet mind - it’s about learning to notice what’s happening inside and around you, without judgment.

✨ Why it matters:
Practicing mindfulness can lower stress, improve focus, and help you respond (not just react) to life’s challenges.

💡 How to start:
You don’t need to sit on a meditation cushion for hours - mindfulness can be as simple as noticing your breath, tuning in to your senses, or taking a mindful pause to check in with your body after a stressful conversation.

Ways you can help if you’re worried about someone:

📱 Reach out and check in. Whether it's a text, phone call, or quick Instagram DM, let them know you're thinking about them and wondering if they're okay.

👂 Listen without judgement and validate their feelings and struggles. Let them know you hear them and are there for them.

🤝 Remind them they don’t have to go through it alone and that resources are available, both nationally and locally. Share the resources listed on the 2nd slide.
