We offer small and large group fitness classes that are welcome to all fitness levels. Our fitness classes are challenging, but supportive and leave you burning calories hours after your workout. KCMO Fitness was created because of the owner Morgan Howard’s personal fitness journey. From there she shared her workouts and meals plans, as well as her own transformation. That led to many ladies asking for her to help them on their fitness journeys, which evolved into to her getting her CPT. Here at KCMO Fitness we aren't about the fad diets, boring repetitive workouts or the endless hours of cardio. We are about helping our clients transition into a lifestyle change.
