Drs. Curtis and Duhon provide urgent care for ill or injured patients and management of numerous chronic medical conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, COPD, and many more. They also provide well visits for ages from newborns to elderly and are certified medical examiners for CDL physicals. The office is open on Saturday mornings for acute care, and there is a physician on call for patients of the practice seven days per week, 24 hours per day. They offer virtual / telemedicine visits and curbside visits when needed. Thomas Curtis, MD has been practicing Family Medicine in Rayne for over 30 years. He maintains hospital privileges at Ochsner Acadia General Hospital in Crowley and admitting privileges at the Ellington of Rayne, Encore Healthcare & Rehab, Southwind Healthcare & Rehab, Landmark Nursing Home, and Acadia-St. Landry Nursing & Rehab. Dr. Curtis and his wife Amanda have four sons, 5 grandsons, and this year welcomed his first granddaughter. Danielle Duhon, MD has been practicing Family Medicine in Rayne since 2016. She maintains hospital privileges at Ochsner Acadia General Hospital in Crowley and admitting privileges at the Ellington of Rayne. Dr. Duhon and her husband Matthew have twin sons.
