Our May employee of the month has been so easy to celebrate! Rhonda Thomas is one of our amazing transportation aids. She has been a CNA for 24 years, 3 of those years here at The Ellington!

When asked what she loves about The Ellington she said, “I love my residents and caring for them. This is my home away from home.”

When Rhonda isn’t working she enjoys attending church and spending time with her husband and kids. Rhonda wants everyone to know, “God loves you and so do I!”

Mr. Ovide returned home today after 6 weeks of hard work and dedication! Read what he said about our wonderful rehab team here at The Ellington!

“They’re good, the best! They always treated me nice and pushed me not too much, not too little, just enough.” When asked what he was looking forward to most about returning home he said, “spending time with my wife of 36 years.”

In April we celebrated our compassionate, comical, and caring nurse, Ja’Nae Randall! 🩺

She has been a nurse for 3 years and her favorite part of working at The Ellington are the residents. Her favorite part of being a nurse is the opportunity to care for others. When she is not working she enjoys hanging out with friends. Ja’Nae’s words of wisdom to share are:
