Hi Everyone,
I wanted to share an event happening Tue, July 18th at Open Doors Studio in Weymouth, Ma. My friend Jen Rickard has an essential oils workshop for anyone and everyone who has ever been curious about the benefits of using them! She and her family have been loving and using Young Living Essential Oils and Health & Wellness products since I first introduced it to her in 2020! She is now determined to share her passion and knowledge about how it’s changed her life and it can be such a great benefit to your yoga, meditation and any spiritual practice as well!

Most are reflecting on this past year of 2022. I’ve been reflecting on this past 11 years & what a strange ride it’s been. Life’s journey came with a lot of lessons, so hear is list of some things I’ve learned & experienced:

1) In order for me to grow & move forward, I’ve had to go back home & revisit my past.
2) It was there that I had to go through a lot of unpleasant experiences in order to REALIZE & LEARN what my true purpose is.
3) My Mental, Emotional & Physical Health became extremely important now that I’m getting older.
4) Ive have to learn to go outside my comfort zone, when necessary, yet have had to protect my boundaries more than ever.
5) To be extremely grateful for so much no matter what is happening in my life.
6) How important, special & supportive my “tribe”, especially women have been in my life.
7) The importance making connections with like minded people when I felt so isolated.
8)How being out in nature has helped me connect with myself, for me it’s been some of the best therapy.
9)Life is WAY TOO short, I’ve seen SO many lives lost unexpectedly & far too soon.
9) Any BS coming from anyone or anything is not worth my time or energy.
10) Standing up for myself & what is most important & valuable in my life.
11) Just Keep doing what I’m doing, being kind to myself & to others….
