👂 Think a hearing test is just sitting in a booth and raising your hand?

There’s actually much more to it.

A comprehensive hearing evaluation is designed to understand how well your ears detect sounds and how your brain processes speech.

During the test, you’ll listen to a range of tones and spoken words through headphones while an audiologist measures how clearly you hear each one.

The results are recorded on a chart called an audiogram, which shows the quietest sounds you can hear across different frequencies.

This helps your hearing professional determine whether hearing changes are present and what types of sounds may be more difficult to understand.

Early detection of hearing changes allows for better solutions and improved communication with the people around you.
