Meet Karen Poletis, our Licensed Audiology Assistant at the Belton location!

With over 20 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist Assistant and another 20 as a real estate agent, Karen has spent her career helping people, whether that meant guiding families in healthcare settings or helping clients find their perfect home. Now, she brings that same passion for support and education to hearing healthcare.

Karen loves teaching patients how to care for their hearing aids and showing them the latest technology to make daily life easier. Her approachable nature and dedication to patient care make her a wonderful part of our team.

Outside of work, Karen enjoys traveling, lake life with her family, and card games in the sun. She’s been married for 28 years and is a proud mom of two sons.
