Today is a day that centers around hope bursting forth from what seemed to be a hopeless situation.

Rayville Recovery would like to welcome Michael Axelrod Oakley as the Coordinator of our Business Development/Marketing team!!!!

Michael brings years of experience in Behavioral Health Administration, Strategic Planning, Business Development and Marketing to the team here at Louisiana's premiere Dual-Diagnosis treatment center. We are grateful for yet another 5-star member to add to our already stellar and qualified staff!!!

We look forward to continuing to build upon Rayville Recovery's statewide network of partnerships, developing new connections and ultimately providing the most comprehensive care to individuals statewide.

Rayville Recovery is so honored to once again attend the LMPOA 2026 Conference in Marksville!!!

As Administrator, I am so honored to have our Assistant Administrator, Diane B. Ridgell, RN and our Director of Operations, Lessie Clark attend the conference and share about our mission. These two are beacons of light and are full of the passion and integrity that exemplifies the staff here!!!!

Rayville Recovery's mission is to be a place of "healing and wellness for both our clients and staff." We aim to show EACH client God's love and to teach them how to get well and manage their mental health.

As we continue into 2026, we are reminded that even in the midst of the struggles you or a loved one may be having with addiction, that hope springs eternal!

Rayville Recovery continues to be Louisiana's destination treatment center with our mission being "to help heal those who are hurting." Our primary purpose is to help show you how to get well. Our kind, compassionate and experienced staff are here for you from beginning to end!

We begin by making the admissions process as quick and comfortable as possible. Once approved for treatment, we are able to secure you transportation right to our front door!

As 2025 comes to a close, we are grateful for the opportunity to reflect on all that we have accomplished. What is clear is that each milestone and each accomplishment is a direct result of God's guidance and the hard work of each of our staff members! Each of our wonderful staff have such a unique contribution to our mission of being "a place of healing and wellness for both our clients and staff."

I want to congratulate Michael Gonzales for being selected Rayville Recovery's 2025 Employee of the Year. His loyalty, integrity, compassion, kindness and dedication have shown as a bright light throughout this year.

I also want to congratulate Darren Amelin, LPC for being our Most Improved Employee of 2025. Darren's dedication to being better every single day has led him to be named our Program Director and he continues to improve every single day.

As the Christmas season begins, the staff at Rayville Recovery would like to remind you that we understand that the holidays aren't always "festive," especially for those that may be struggling with addiction.

We are not here to promise you "that you will get out before Christmas" because, honestly, we are more interested in helping you get well, however long it takes. We are committed to utilizing every day that you are able to be here to help you build a firm foundation as you begin your recovery.

Looking for a UR Coordinator to join our rockstar team!!!

***Utilization Review experience required***
Our agency is looking for an experienced and reliable Utilization Review Coordinator to work in our UR Department. LPN preferred. The ideal candidate would exhibit a strong work ethic and be highly motivated.
Responsibilities will include:
Establishing and maintaining efficient methods of ensuring the medical necessity and appropriateness of each client.
Performs concurrent reviews for patients to ensure that extended stays are medically justified and are so documented in patient's medical records.
Coordinates with fellow UR Coordinator to streamline the activities of the Utilization Review Department.
Ensures that each new client is placed in the proper Level of Care.
Calculates the lengths of stay and continued-stay days for patients.
Maintains communication with the Clinical and Medical Department in regards to client documentation.
Works with Clinical Director and Director of Nursing to ensure that all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
Attends weekly Clinical Staffing.
***Utilization Review experience required***
