Welcome to my practice

I am passionate about helping individuals who struggle with self-esteem, depression, and anxiety. In particular, I enjoy working with adolescents, teens, and young adults, although I see clients of all ages. My goal as your therapist is to help you let go of the parts of yourself that no longer support your best interests and goals. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the catalyst for client growth and that humor is an effective therapeutic modality that can optimize recovery and facilitate client empowerment.
