This August, we're proud to recognize Francheska as our Employee of the Month!

Starting as a part-time housekeeper two years ago, Francheska now shines in her full-time role—earning nominations from both peers and resident family members for her outstanding dedication. She takes great pride in her work, keeps our building in top shape, and never hesitates to train new team members or take on extra tasks. She even learned how to make the Swan Towel figurines to put on the beds when new residents arrive.
