We also offer fee based weekend retreats, specialty workshops, professional trainings and a variety of holistic

services. The ashram is situated on 6 green acres in the farm and forest region of Alsace Township, and conveniently situated just ten minutes outside the city of Reading PA. Come visit this sacred space and give yourself the gift of peaceful empowerment.

There’s always opportunities to get more involved, even if yoga ISN’T your thing! Try volunteering in kitchen or helping us plant in the gardens and domes! 🌱

🌞 What's your morning routine look like?

🕖 Did you know that the first 20 minutes of your day are critical?!
Immediately upon waking, your subconscious mind is most active and acts like a sponge. Whatever you feed it - news, panic, peace, motivation - sets the tone for your thoughts and emotional state for the rest of the day.

Some key tips and tricks:
~ Do not hit the snooze button!
~ Ensure you get the proper amount of sleep!
~ Do not check your phone! We know it’s tempting to check in on what you missed but it can wait!
~ Try some yoga, positive affirmations, pranayama or meditation to start your day!
~ Be consistent! The power lies in the repetition! Before you know it you will have transformed your mornings from a time of anxiety and overwhelmedness to a peaceful more serene scene, leaving you feeling ready to tackle even the most challenging days! 🧘‍♀️🤩🌸
