Hernandez home health care inc. is HIRING Bilingual Office Manager located in Reading PA seeking an experienced administrative staff to assist with day-to-day operations in the office. Qualifications • Bilingual (Spanish and English Speaking) • Minimum of a High School Diploma • Prior experience of home care operations is a plus • Ability to effectively handle work pressure • Flexibility and ability to be On-Call • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills • Ability to multitask • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Responsibilities • Scheduling and staffing clients • Interviewing and Hiring caregivers • Schedules client visits according to care plans and staff availability • Enters scheduling data, creates schedules • Ensures employee compliance with state-mandated training and the company's policies. • Discerns client services required as outlined in agreements, urgent requests, and care plans. • Enters staff and client information into the database. • Performs general office duties including but not limited to word processing, photocopies, files, shreds, sort/distributes mail, provides reception and telephone services inquiries please reach out .. gcontreras@ hernandezhc.com or 484-824-0129.
