RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain personnel & reduce employee turnover by recruiting, selecting, orienting & assisting in the training process of the best qualified employees.
• Daily profit & loss statements (tracking daily hours & employee mileage).
• Payroll preparation & Submission to outside payroll service provider.
• Manages all aspects of Employee Financials including wages, raises, bonuses, earned vacation time, overtime & shift differential pay.
• Maintains the daily accounting of receivables and payables within entire organization.
• Work directly with company owner in designing & implementing company policies by establishing standards & procedures. Measure results against established standards. Implement any necessary adjustments/updates to policies.
• Oversee operational requirements by scheduling tasks & assigning employees. Following up on clients' experience.
• Understands client frequencies of services rendered as well as client requests & acts as liaison between service personnel and clients.
• Continuously improves professional & technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, establishing networks and participating in professional societies.
• Works directly with Company Owner in meeting financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, analyzing cash flow & initiating corrective actions.
• Contributes to entire team by working together with all personnel to accomplish related results.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Accounting Software (online preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
