Located on 20 scenic acres in Muhlenberg, Pennsylvania we are dedicated to the care and well-being of our residents. Our mission is to provide compassionate physical, emotional, and spiritual care to enhance the quality of life for each person.

We are proud to offer an extensive list of amenities for our Residents and their families. Some of these amenities include but are not limited to: 24-hour professional licensed staff, emergency response system, in-house physicians, podiatrists, physical, and occupational therapists, home cooked meals, housekeeping services, concierge transportation to and from doctor appointments, spacious rooms & suites, individual thermostats, beauty salon, daily activities & outings on our wheelchair accessible bus, daily Mass, plus much more!

We know that each resident comes with their own set of needs. For some, those needs are as simple as companionship, a church service or a few kind words each day. For others, it is assistance with daily living activities such as housekeeping, laundry, showering and more. Our trained and caring staff is here 24-hours a day to take care of the many differing needs of our residents with patience, kindness and, above all, compassion.
