Our Reflections residents recently took advantage of a beautiful summer day and headed up to Newburyport MA for a harbor boat cruise. What a beautiful ride it was!

We just loved the upbeat, funny and inspiring presentation by Magdalana Grace Siegel. Magdalana’s Discussion Series is designed to support the emotional well-being of seniors. We thought it would be perfect for our Signature Series this month, Masterclass Workshop. We choose the topic was “Let’s Reframe Aging” and it was wonderful. She offers great advice that “aging” is not lost youth but rather a new stage of opportunities to stretch ourselves. We can’t wait for her next presentation!

One of the best opportunities at LCB Senior Living is the company collaboration. We went to visit our sister community at The Residence at Salem Woods, New Hampshire. The residents from the Residence at Freeman Lake, Chelmsford joined us for a wonderful afternoon of beautiful music by the Nottingham Brass Band. They were fabulous! We enjoyed cocktails, wine and delicious appetizers from Salem Woods Restaurant. We all had a fabulous time! Thanks Daisey, our amazing Resident Engagement Director, for hosting us!
