Our team is proud to announce that we've achieved CARF accreditation! 🔴

CARF accreditation is the gold standard for mental health organizations. It signifies a commitment to client safety, organizational excellence, and high-quality person-first care.

The accreditation process evaluates everything from our treatment approaches and staff qualifications to our safety protocols and the way we measure client outcomes. CARF surveyors review documentation, interview staff and clients, and observe our programs in action.

Threshold is all about going above and beyond, and there's no better way to show that than earning a CARF accreditation!

Hope blooms in our community! 🔴

Once again, we're proud to share our Mosaic House as the canvas for the stunning 'Hope Blossoms' mural - a powerful collaboration with our partners at ruOK? Berks.

This 45-foot masterpiece was painted panel by panel by over 15 local groups. More than anything, it illustrates that the opposite of suffering is the connection fostered by a strong community.

The mural serves as a beacon of hope, helping to erase mental health stigma. Mental health matters. You matter. And Threshold - with the help of its community partners - is here to support you. 💙

Special thanks to artist Greg Didyoung, muralist Michael Miller, and all the incredible partners who watered this seed into a beautiful flower.

We were thrilled to present our Distinguished Community Partner Award to Cindy Castner, representing the Borough of Kenhorst, at our Celebrate Abilities Luncheon on October 7th!

When we needed support navigating the permitting process, the Borough was there. They worked with us every step of the way to ensure our projects could move through the permitting process as efficiently as possible.

Congratulations, Masano Auto Group! 🔴

We're honored to present our Distinguished Community Partner Award to John Masano of Tom Masano Auto Group! (Tag Account). Award winners are announced annually at our Celebrate Abilities Luncheon, which is a fantastic celebration of the wonderful people we support.

Tom Masano Auto Group stepped up when we needed it most, offering parking for our entire fleet during our parking lot resurfacing project. Just like the beautiful BMW Z3s in the background, John and his team displayed a beautiful commitment to Berks County.
