🌟 Exciting News from the Be Wise Conference! 🌟

Not only was Berks Counseling Center here to support health and wellness in the community, but our very own team members—Chris, Linda, Michele, and Alyssa—took center stage as presenters on Health and Wellness in the Workplace.

And the highlight of the event? Our incredible Lead Health Coach, Michele, wrapped up the session with an energizing dance move that got everyone out of their seats and moving! It was a fantastic way to end on a high note and remind us all that wellness is about both mind and body.
