ERAP will begin accepting applications for new applicants starting Tuesday, October 4th 2022.

ERAP will only accept completed applications, all other applications will be returned.
A complete application consists of ; Complete ERAP application, copy of a valid ID, Copy of a valid lease, proof of income for the past 30 days (for anyone over 18), landlord contact information, Copies of most recent utility bill (only if you are also seeking utility assistance).

Applicants may walk in and submit a complete application Tuesday & Wednesday. If your application is not complete you will be asked to schedule an appointment. Appointments are on Thursday & Fridays only. Applications will NOT be accepted via drop box, email or fax. If you would like to schedule an appointment with an intake staff please call us at 484-339-0341 or email ERAPappointments@bceh.org If you do not have all required documents at the time of your appointment you will be asked to reschedule. If you have previously applied for ERAP there is no need to complete another application. If you have previously received ERAP funding, you can not apply again.

ERAP comenzará a aceptar solicitudes para nuevos solicitantes a partir del Martes 4 de Octubre de 2022.

ERAP solo aceptará solicitudes completadas, todas las demás solicitudes serán devueltas.Una solicitud completa consiste en ; Aplicación ERAP completa, copia de una identificación válida, copia de un contrato de arrendamiento válido, comprobante de ingresos de los últimos 30 días (para cualquier persona mayor de 18 años), información de contacto del propietario, copias de la factura de servicios públicos más reciente (solo si también está buscando asistencia de servicios públicos).

Los solicitantes pueden entrar y presentar una solicitud completa el martes y el miércoles. Si su solicitud no está completa, se le pedirá que programe una cita. Las citas son solo los Jueves y Viernes. Las solicitudes NO serán aceptadas a través de buzón, correo electrónico o fax. Si desea programar una cita con un personal de admisión, llámenos al 484-339-0341 o envíe un correo electrónico ERAPappointments@bceh.org Si no tiene todos los documentos requeridos en el momento de su cita, se le pedirá que reprograme. Si ha solicitado previamente ERAP, no es necesario completar otra solicitud. Si ha recibido previamente fondos de ERAP, no puede volver a solicitarlo.
