Covenant Care Home is a 6 bed facility conveniently located 3 miles south of Reading, to serve the tri-state and tri-county area. With almost 20 years of service, we continue to offer a high level of care and support services for those with Dementia and Alzheimer’s. We offer permanent and respite services. Rehabilitation with your own physical therapy and rehab team. Each resident is given a perso

nal care plan to meet thier own needs. Full support for assistance with all activities of daily living. Care is given in a home setting, away from an institutional atmosphere. We are an extension to you and your family. Fees are discussed and determined at time of assesment. Financial Aide is available for those who meet the criteria. Most residents transferring from a skilled Nursing facility meet this. Owner on site with 24/7 supervision to assure quality and support. Our residents enjoy weekly beautician services, massage therapy, memory and body recall. Care is given with dignity and compassion. If your loved one can no longer live at home, their always welcome in our home. Always welcome and part of a family.
