At Supportive Concepts for Families, we invest in our Direct Care Professionals through learning best practices, skills training and understanding the Code of Ethics in providing exceptional care to those we support. That is one reason why SCFF is a member of NADSP (National Alliance of Direct Support Professionals), and now certifications are available for employees for both DSP I-III as well as Frontline Supervisor certification! We encourage our staff to reach out to their supervisors to inquire about taking advantage of this opportunity.

What Is NADSP?
NADSP strives to elevate the status of Direct Support Professionals like you by advancing knowledge, skills and values. This, in turn, will affect the individuals that we support positively by creating a culture that not only values Person-Centered Thinking and Planning, but also creating an Everyday Life as well as including those that we serve in Community Programs, Events and Organizations.
