In case you didn't realize / remember that for 22 years I have been a massage therapist and Bodyworker.
My work is deep and intuitive blending Swedish massage and deep tissue, "Thai on the table" assisted stretching, Polarity, reflexology, and neuromuscular therapy.
I currently have openings in my schedule on several Mondays wednesdays and fridays Wednesdays before the end of the year.

Most fun workshop I offer and probably the most popular. We will learn about our energetic anatomy, known as the chakra system how to open each of the centers to receive more and how to balance them when they are either depleted or burnt out. We will connect using all of the senses, tuning forks for sound vibration; essential oils to bring in smell and we will share a beginner friendly, dynamic, yet restorative Kundalini fusion yoga practice. This workshop is open to members and non-members and if you sign up as a visitor you receive a day pass to all the Burlington Lifetime facilities 🙏💕🧘🏽‍♀️🌀

This morning, I pulled out my massage stones, and as I held them, I was overcome with gratitude. It’s been a while since I used them, but today reminded me of how special it is to do this work.

There’s something profound about the connection that happens through bodywork. Even when words are few, the energy shared through touch speaks volumes. It’s a deep, quiet form of communication that I’m honored to be part of.
