Our residents put their thinking caps on today for a fun-filled round of Jeopardy! 🧠💡 The room was full of friendly competition, and some seriously impressive knowledge! From classic movie trivia to history and pop culture, they nailed it all.

It’s moments like these that remind us how vibrant, sharp, and full of life our residents truly are. 💙👏 We love seeing them stay engaged, connected, and having a great time together.

Ed consistently exceeds expectations every day for our residents and ensures that Berkshire Commons is in top shape. Berkshire Commons is incredibly fortunate to partner with Powerback Rehab and have such an exceptional in-house therapy team! Our skilled physical, occupational, and speech therapists are dedicated to helping our residents safely reach their highest potential.

With the holidays quickly approaching, we know many families hope to bring their loved ones home for the day—or even overnight—to celebrate together. This can sometimes feel challenging, especially if additional support or strengthening is needed.

That’s where Powerback can help. Our therapy team can provide a helpful “tune-up” or targeted rehabilitation to prepare residents for a safe and successful visit home during the holidays.

🍎Happy National Cider Day!🍎 Our residents were treated to a sweet cup of apple cider to celebrate! Our awesome activities department had this table in our lobby for everyone to enjoy! We feel so fortunate to have such an amazing group of people in our activity department, who always make sure we are celebrating and having fun with creative activities, yummy snacks/drinks, and staying busy!

🍪 We had a delicious afternoon in Baking Club!

Residents whipped up ooey-gooey salted pumpkin cookies, with everyone pitching in to mix ingredients—and of course, to taste-test the final results!

Our Baking Club meets regularly to create sweet treats and enjoy great conversation. It’s always a fun (and tasty!) time at Berkshire Commons!

Happy Veterans Day! Berkshire Commons spent the afternoon thanking our veterans with a special pinning ceremony by Grane Hospice. We feel so fortunate to have such an amazing community partner, and grateful they come every year, to honor our special veterans.
We took the opportunity this year to unveil our very special new veterans wall located in our lobby! Be sure to check it out the next time you visit!
