Hi friends! Karla here 🐶💛
I don’t speak human… but I’m very good at noticing things.
Like when someone walks into the office feeling tired, stressed, or just a little “off” — even if they can’t quite explain why.
Mommy says the body is always communicating.
And one of the ways we listen is through something called NES Health.

I talked Dr. Fatkin into taking a nap with me.
Honestly, it wasn’t hard.
I just said, “Dude… we need a nap.”
I take 17 naps a day —
you can spare one and take it with me.
No arm-twisting required. 😌
Here’s the thing though…
💤 Sleep is how your body heals.
💤 It’s when your nervous system resets.
💤 It’s when recovery actually happens.
So if your body is screaming for some shut-eye — listen to it.
