Chiropractic is amazing but like anything in life, it is not the sole answer to every single issue.
Yes, we do believe that getting to the root of the problem begins with chiropractic and removing subluxation interference so your body can function in optimal health…..however……bodily movement, joint mobility, adult “tummy time”, proper breathing techniques, restructuring your daily economics, strengthening in ALL planes of movement are all simple things that can go into working against this concept of sitting is the new smoking.

We are looking forward to “Love & Light”, honoring Dr. Lauren Semanchik at a Celebration of Life & Candlelight Vigil. For those attending, here are a few tips:
- Remember to bring your blankets and chairs.
- Parking is across the street from the Ort Farms marketplace in the open field along East Mill Road.
- The main entrance will be through the trees at the balloon arch.
- The welcome table will include passes to an Ort Farms Hayride for attendees until 5:30pm only.
- QR codes and cash donation boxes will be available for donations in lieu of admission fees.
-QR codes for photo & video sharing will be at the welcome table and all vendor booths. Please scan to upload your photos and videos to share with the Semanchik family.
- Friendly Dogs are welcome on a short, NON retractable leash for safety in large crowds.
- Candlelight Vigil will begin at 8pm.
