it’s december… & is “over.”

so… NOW WHAT?

the mustaches have now been shaved.
the conversations are beginning to fade...& now everyone goes back to “normal.”

but the reality?

MEN are still struggling.
MEN are still dying at an alarming rate.
MEN are still fighting the unspoken battles.
MEN are still surviving their screaming silence.
MEN are still hiding behind the facade of “i’m good.”

our mission has never been about 30 days out of 365.

we speak on all year because these conversations can’t just "clock out" after 1MONTH.

every DAMN month is “MEN's health month.”
every day is a chance to check in on your brothers.
every moMENt offers an opportunity to change the culture.
every second is a shot you have to save somebody's life.

so we ask you — genuinely, simply, powerfully:
