While most people in cold climates escape to the islands for Spring Break, we just returned from Utah, where we enjoyed Zion National Park, St. George, and lots of epic hikes and bikes along the journey. It was warm desert weatherâsomething we love!
We also wanted to vacation with our dogs, so driving 7 hours to St. George seemed much better than flying!

On our trip, I averaged 15-20k steps per day â but hereâs what I know about most of you reading this: you probably donât reach even half of that on a typical day.
And you donât need to, but most of you probably need to walk more (and consistently, am I right?!)
