Introducing something special at Open Heart Yoga ❤️ Wellness Within is a free yoga series designed to support both body and mind—because your well-being goes beyond the mat.

Join us for restorative yoga paired with guided group discussion, creating space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect. Each week focuses on a different energy center, offering a deeper, more intentional practice.

In partnership with the Mental Health Association of Monmouth County, this series is here to support you—wherever you are.

Wellness Within ❤️
Hosted by Open Heart Yoga in partnership with MHA Monmouth County & Bright Soul

Join us for an enriching experience designed to support both body and mind. This seven-week program combines 30 minutes of restorative yoga with 45 minutes of small-group therapy led by a licensed clinical therapist.

Each week focuses on a different chakra, using breathwork, gentle poses, and reflection to support emotional balance and self-awareness. The therapeutic portion offers tools to build self-compassion and self-esteem in a supportive group setting.

You may join at any week and attend 7 sessions.

• Duration: 7 Weeks - Tuesdays 3:30 PM
