Business is growing at Space of Trinity!
I’m thankful for the trust my clients place in me and for the ability, and opportunity to bring them relief. This week’s sessions focused on relieving tension in upper traps and beneath scapulas, addressing neck strain from prolonged computer use, releasing the psoas to ease lower back pain, working the forearm muscles to help reduce median nerve impingement associated with carpel tunnel symptoms, and full body massages with pressure point work.

Ever take on a new job with a new kind of spin or challenge? Its exciting when you really love what you do!
I want to thank David Eddy, from Eddy’s Tree Service for doing business with me this afternoon. It was good catching up with you brother!
The body tells the truth. I know a hard worker, from a not so hard worker, to a really hard worker. Bodies don’t lie…..
I certinly have my work cut out for me with this chainsaw lifting, tree propelling guy!

Finally, the weekend is here! For some of us, work continues through the weekend, but hopefully we are able to see the opportunities and ability as blessings.
I'm thankful for the slower pace to waking up this morning. For getting to see my little ones still peacefully snuggled in bed. For the quiet time to gather my thoughts, reflect on our week, and pray. And thankful for time to tidy up our living space before my munchkins woke up. Starting the day fresh is powerful, I think.
I want to give a special shoutout to Shantasy England, owner of Authentic Impact Marketing Co for all of her help in getting me out here and known in our business community. I’m new to Facebook, so guys bear with me as I navigate and learn the ropes of how to do business on here. The tech stuff has passed me up while being tucked away at home the past several years raising kiddos. Shantasy has been such a blessing! I am so grateful for her.
And another shoutout to David Eddy, owner of Eddy's Tree Service for putting me in touch with Shantasy. Strong community we got here, and I'm so thankful and proud to become a part of it!

Hi, I’m Lacey.

First and foremost, I’m a mama to three amazing kids (including twins), and that will always be my greatest title. My journey has taken me from emergency medicine, to homeschooling my children, to traveling out of state and finally back home to Northern California — where my heart truly belongs.

Along the way, I discovered my calling in massage therapy. What started as an interest turned into a deep passion for helping people manage pain, reduce stress, and support their mental and physical wellness in a natural way. I completed a year-long program studying both Western and Eastern modalities, and it opened the door to a career that feels incredibly meaningful.

I’m also a cancer survivor, which gave me a unique appreciation for the human body, healing, and perseverance. Life has thrown some big challenges my way, but each one has strengthened my purpose and compassion for others.

I love the outdoors, camping, lakes, and exploring the beauty of the North State — and I’m grateful to serve this community I call home.
