Position Overview:
As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with our licensed physical therapists to
implement individualized treatment plans, with a focus on therapeutic exercise to promote
recovery, mobility, and strength. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to make a
meaningful impact in an outpatient setting.

Assist in delivering therapeutic exercise programs tailored to patients’ needs.
Support physical therapists in evaluating patient progress and adjusting treatment plans.
Provide compassionate, hands-on care to enhance patient outcomes.
Educate patients on exercises and self-management techniques to support recovery.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all regulatory standards.
Qualifications:

Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in California (or eligibility to obtain).
Strong background in therapeutic exercise, with experience designing and implementing
exercise programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and team
members.

Previous experience in an outpatient setting is preferred but not required.
