Have you ever wanted to take a fitness class but felt nervous about the class environment? I get itā€”and thatā€™s exactly why I do what I do. I was you!! Now I instruct and do the workouts with you.

I have been an instructor at Tehama Family Fitness Center for the past 20 years, and Iā€™m right there in the class with youā€”coaching and encouraging. My classes are included with your membership, and Iā€™d love for you to join us!

Hereā€™s my current schedule:
ā€¢ Body Burner:
ā€“ Tues & Thurs at 5:30 AM
ā€“ Mon & Wed at 4:30 PM
ā€¢ Spin:
ā€“ Mon, Tues, & Wed at 5:30 PM

Iā€™m truly passionate about creating a positive, empowering space where everyone feels welcomeā€”no matter your fitness level. My teammates are some of the kindest, most supportive people youā€™ll meet, and theyā€™re always happy to help newcomers.
