I had a realization.

Not depression.
Not even sadness really.

Although…
there are moments
where being committed
still feels like a reasonable option.

The only detail left to determine is
prison or asylum.

But after careful observation
and a few wildly unhinged mood swings
I’m starting to suspect…

it’s not madness.

It’s menopause.

The hot flashes.
The 3am wake-ups.
The crying at dog food commercials.
The sudden volcanic rage
at the smallest hint of bu****it.

The deep knowing rising up
from somewhere ancient in the bones.

Something is shifting.

Hormones leaving.
Filters dissolving.
Tolerance evaporating.

And underneath it all…

a woman who is suddenly
much less interested
in behaving.

Menopause, it seems,
is not the unraveling we were warned about.

It’s the moment
the wild woman
slips the leash.

The moment the matriarch

Is it the eclipses?

Or is it just… life being life.

Tonight the moon does not whisper.
She bleeds.

Copper and crimson,
a wild eye opening in the sky,
a reminder that nothing
— not even light —
is exempt from shadow.

I light this candle
not to banish the dark
but to sit inside it.

Flame steady.

20 Days Until Spring Equinox

“The Return”

20 days until spring equinox…
and I missed a few days.

Not because I don’t care.
Not because I’m not committed.

But because life got loud.
Energy dipped.
Things moved.

And instead of spiraling…
I’m practicing something different:

I’m returning.



Because this season?
It’s not about perfection.

It’s about devotion.

Coming back to your body.
Coming back to your breath.
Coming back to what matters…
again and again and again.



🌑 Here’s the truth about right now:

This in-between season will pull you off track.

It will:
• Disrupt your routines
• Surface old patterns
• Test your energy
• Make you question your momentum

Not because you’re failing…
But because you’re shedding.



🔥 The work right now isn’t discipline.

It’s self-trust.

Can you come back…
without guilt?
without punishment?
without starting over completely?



🌿 What to focus on (Day 20 energy):

1. Return to ONE anchor
Not 10 habits. Not a full reset.

Just one:
• your morning breath
• your walk
• your protein + minerals

2. Regulate, don’t rush
