Hi, I’m Erica! I started my journey with Home Health in August of 2024. I was raised in Red Bud and currently still live there with my fiance and two dogs. I attended Cape Girardeau SW program for my undergrad and graduated from SIUE with my masters in Social Work. When I’m not working, you can find me outside enjoying nice weather with my pups.
My job description in social work is broad . My role entails anything from connecting patients and families to community resources, providing emotional support, or a listening ear. The healthcare system can be challenging at times. Recovering from a hospital stay or navigating a change of health can be difficult. I serve as a patients advocate within the healthcare system, to remind them their voice matters. I strive to find resources or solutions that improve a patient’s everyday life.

We feel so “Lucky” when a patient chooses our agency for their care! Wishing you a Happy St. Patrick’s Day!☘️ 🇮🇪☘️
