I am going to start taking orders again for my essential oil products. A few of them are pictured here. The full list is shown along with prices. For the sugar scrubs, I can make most any scent. I am thinking some holiday scents would smell good! Let me know if you are interested!

Here is the gym's new address. I will start at this location beginning tomorrow, September 30th.

**ATTENTION DF CLIENTS: MOVING UPDATE**

Open Gym Members - As previously announced, on WEDNESDAY October 1st open gym members can report to the new location for their workout.

Personal Training/Group Classes - Personal Training and Group Classes will resume at the new location on THURSDAY October 2nd (NO personal training/group classes Monday and Tuesday).

Design Fitness appreciates the support and patience of our clients during this transition. See you soon at the gym!

We are moving later this week. I will be in the new location for appts on September 30th. Let me know if you have any questions. Can’t wait to see you all in the new space.

Design Fitness will be moving locations at the end of this month. We will be relocating to 139 West Market St. (behind Dietrich Bank at the four-way).

DF has outgrown our current space. The new space is larger, allowing us to divide personal training from open gym. It will also allow a separate entry way for Dr. Megan, chiropractor services, and Sara Wright, massage therapy.

The current DF building is for rent if anyone is looking for a clean wide
open space, contact Craig Stamm.
