As we ring in the New Year with champagne toasts and midnight kisses, the CDC reminds us that respiratory viruses are active and on the rise—taking a few precautions can help keep you and your loved ones healthy while celebrating.

✔️ Sit this one out if you’re feeling under the weather
✔️ Clean hands before clinking glasses or sharing snacks
✔️ Consider a mask if the dance floor gets packed
✔️ Give extra space to babies, grandparents, and anyone with health concerns

Celebrate smart so everyone can start the New Year feeling their best! 💙

“Home for the holidays” feels different when a loved one is in the hospital.

Being near family can boost recovery, but when they’re at another facility for surgery or rehab, it can be hard on both of you. This season, give your loved one the gift of healing with family close by. Bring them home for the holidays through our Swing Bed Program.
