Next Tuesday: chair yoga at the YMCA 9:15 AM and 11:15 AM at St Peter’s UCC.

Thanksgiving week: No yoga November 27th and no yoga Saturday November 29th.

Just a quick note, no yoga tomorrow. Sorry but I have a virus of some sort (not COVID, RSV or flu - my husband has same and he tested twice). I think it’s probably what we used to call - in the old days - a common cold so I’m staying home to avoid coughing on ya’all. Maureen has kindly offered to lead a stretch class at the YMCA at 9:15 but I will cancel at the church.
