Just a quick note, no yoga tomorrow. Sorry but I have a virus of some sort (not COVID, RSV or flu - my husband has same and he tested twice). I think it’s probably what we used to call - in the old days - a common cold so I’m staying home to avoid coughing on ya’all. Maureen has kindly offered to lead a stretch class at the YMCA at 9:15 but I will cancel at the church.

Next week (including Tuesday) I won’t be guiding any yoga classes while we take a small vacation. I will resume August 26.

Tomorrow (Thursday) I will guide Zoom yoga 6:00 PM and also, Saturday 10:00 AM.

Yoga schedule for the week: Zoom yoga tomorrow (Thursday) 6:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM.

Chair yoga Tuesday 9:15 AM at the YMCA and 11:15 AM at St Peter’s UCC. We will be on vacation the next week (August 19) so no chair yoga on that day.

Next Tuesday is the Senior Fair at Red Bud high school, so we will have a booth (Silver Sneakers YMCA) so come join us! 8:30 to 10:30 AM. I will be at the church at 11:15 AM so will still guide chair yoga if you are interested.
