Good afternoon my yogis
I’m so sorry for my absence , and I see your inbox messages , I promise to make every effort to respond to each of you individually over the long weekend. The ick has made it way through my house the past two weeks 🦠 but we all seem now to be on the mend .
With that said also this weekend I will post a schedule for the remainder of April and for may !
I will be back in the studio next week , Tues 530pm , Thurs 630pm .
Have a Happy Easter , a blessed Ostara , and may you find light in anything else you observe !
Spring has sprung , thank you for being gentle with me !

Sorry for the inactivity. Due to covid and hunting for a new amazing instuctor we have been closed but are now actively open and soon to be expanding.
