Driven by passion for health and fitness, Tim has earned various certifications to expand his understanding of holistic care. His interest in massage therapy grew as a natural extension of his journey in alternative wellness. He believes massage offers an additional way to further support others in cultivating a positive healthy relationship with their bodies. In his massage sessions, he incorporates a variety of techniques, including Swedish, Neuromuscular/Deep Tissue, Myofascial release, Range of Motion, Sports massage, Reflexology, and Lymphatic Facilitation massage.

He believes that massage should not be perceived as a luxury, but rather as a form of routine self-care. His approach to massage is therapeutic in nature, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs; whether that may be pain relief, stress reduction, or improvement in mobility. He finds it truly rewarding to witness the intelligence of the human body and its ability to adapt and thrive when given care and attention.
