Each day you have a choice to make. You can choose to execute your goals or execute excuses.

Excuses are easy and lead you no where, quickly. When you choose to execute your goals you are led to results. Having the determination to execute steps towards your goal may take you down a longer road, but I can guarantee that the self-confidence that you gain is worth it!

We are on day 7: Go for a mindful walk!

We have already addressed the benefits of meditation and taking a walk earlier in the challenge. So it is no surprise that putting the two together makes perfect sense! The AASP points out in the mental health challenge that "Walking while observing your surroundings – without looking at your phone or listening to music – is a great exercise in being present."

If you're feeling anxious or stressed, go for a walk and pay attention to the beauty of your surroundings...it's good for the soul (and body).
