From staying up late (can’t have FOMO!) to incredible, beautiful performances to dancing and so much fun - such immense gratitude to the organizers of montanafolkfest, to khumariyaanband for the dancing and intro to Pakistani fun, zahra_alzubaidi_ for making me cry multiple times with your soulful voice, and yeisonlandero for the intro to Cumbia! Ok I can’t list them all but we loved every minute and made so many memories. A million thanks and love to all who traveled so far to enrich our lives.

Teaching isn’t just what I do, it’s part of who I am. And it has always been this way.
What I teach changes over time but I keep sharing whatever I think is important and beneficial to share; whatever I think will help to make the world a better place.
Belly massage, healing with plants and water and intention, plant medicines - this seems to have become my life’s work for awhile! How I engage in this work changes and I love that!!!! Opportunities to meet new people, go to different places, reach new people that need this work, and add on new adventures alongside. This has always been the dream. Travel, healing, adventure, love.
From naturalism and herbalism to wildlife biology to massage therapy to womb massage, I keep expanding and hoping that benefits my community(ies) and the planet.

I have a beautiful garden full of giant Dandelions right now. So if you need some, let me know!
