Yeh sometimes I drink my tea this way. Laziness? Maybe. Efficiency? Ok.
Mullein for a weird bit of lung butter I can’t seem to work out.
Catnip…because Catnip is so great for the gut and nervous system.
Apple Mint for tastiness and more gut help.

What a beautiful way to come home from a long trip; hosting a relaxing, renewing weekend retreat with the fabulous elise_marq11! Such an honor to be a part of the magic.

Headsup!
I had so many requests for payment plans for this course that I am setting that up this week.
I am also therefore moving the start date of class to April.
If you are interested in this year long course, let me know in the comments or in a PM and also tell me a preferred start date if you have one.

** This doesn’t mean you need to start memorizing plant names and constituents.

No one knows everything so don’t fall into that trap. Choose a few to start with. See who calls out to you this spring and summer. I promise you, with a little presence, there is a plant or a few out there who will make it clear that you’re meant to know them better.

I always take these favorite books to my plant walks and people love the recommendations. So here you go!! I have other faves for the doctrine of signatures and energetics but these are a great start!
