Ok, so we had so much fun this afternoon enjoying muffins. Because today is National Muffin Day! That I forgot to get any pictures during the activity. 🤣😂 So just imagine a group, laughing and having lots of fun. We really do have some fun conversations and get to laughing.

Tammy Chatfield is our February Employee of the Month at Red Oak Rehab & Care Center 🎉

Tammy, housekeeper with our partner Healthcare Services Group, was nominated by residents who notice the little things. They shared how much they appreciate her patience and the time she takes to visit with them while she’s cleaning their rooms.

She received her certificate from Cheryl Runyan (left) and HCSG Manager Tiffany Pruett (right) – well deserved recognition for someone who makes a difference in our facility.

I have to brag on our awesome Maintenance/Driver, Brad Needham! He goes above and beyond for us. He made us a horse racing game and it's awesome! Thanks so very much!!!

The party continues into this week with an early Mardi Gras party!!! Residents had fun wearing the masks,beads, all the decorations, and playing Mardi Gras bingo!!! Thanks to all the staff who brought this together and made it happen. Especially on the weekend. 😊

Don and Karen were chosen for King and Queen. Everyone had so much fun and they all got to dance. And got to do the heart breaker game for some prizes. Thanks to Heather our Social Service Director for helping and getting lots of great pictures. Thanks also for the staff who got people out and came out to dance. It means a lot to the residents and really puts smiles on their faces. The smiles are priceless ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Made a few more Valentines today.Some ladies tried some crocheting and trying to learn how, and others showed off some beautiful crocheting they've been working on.The talents we have among us, simply amazes me. Cheryl Runyan , thanks for sharing your skill of crocheting with others today.
